Western Heritage Health and Wellness is owned and operated by Kimberly Bailey, a Family Nurse Practitioner. This family practice was established to serve the health needs of Chino Valley and neighboring areas. 

The practice is dedicated to Kim's great grandmother, Mona Warfield, who was born in a covered wagon traveling to Arizona in 1900. Mona became an RN and established Mother Warfield's Nursing Home in Prescott, helping families across Western Yavapai County until forced into retirement at age 80.
