Meet the Team
Kimberly Bailey FNP-C
As a 5th generation Prescottonian, Kim has strong ties to the community. She has lived in Chino Valley most of her life, serving the area for the past 9 years as a hospice nurse. Her love and compassion for people and passion for nursing is now directed at helping patients in preventative medicine.
Specializing in the Management of Acute & Chronic Medical Conditions Diagnostic, Examinations, Treatment & Prescriptions.
Hunter Clawson
RN, OFFICE MANAGER
Was born and raised in Arizona. She has a love for our small town of Chino Valley and strong roots in the community. Hunter graduated from Yavapai College Nursing program in 2019 where she soon found her passion for Geropsychiatric Nursing which allowed her to find a heart for hospice. She loves spending time with her high school sweetheart and their little girl. They love all things outdoors including hunting, fishing and hiking.
